Become Subscriber is a Subscription Action which is used for creating a new Subscription from scratch.
Become Subscriber action The Action allows you to create all of the required entities at once, without switching between screens.
There are 2 two ways to use "Become Subscriber":
- Creating Effective Subscriptions
- Creates and Activates a Subscription
- Creating Draft Subscriptions
- Creates the Subscription (Activation may be done at a activated later stage).
Creating Subscriptions
For each new Subscription the following is required, all of which are steps defined through the /wiki/spaces/WIP/pages/10008670 Data Become Subscriber Data Entry page are required:
- Create a new Contact Information or new Contact Information or use an existing one.
- Create a new Accounts Receivable or new Accounts Receivable or in case you loaded an existing customer (account owner) then you can also select the account he ownsis selected, optionally also select their accounts.
- Specify the subscriber's Billing Address.
- Specify the subscriber's Subscription Address.
- Define the Subscription Terms which include the Subscription Type, Billing Term Scheme, Price Plan , and Binding Period.
- Select the Services & Installed Items that will be provided to the subscriber by the provisioning provider you are using Provisioning Provider (e.g. Nagravision SMSgw).
Once a Subscription is created a variety of , several business processes can be performed to it, such as adding the addition of new Services , adding new and Installed Items, activating or deactivating it, the activation, deactivation or termination of the Subscription, the starting or stopping of individual Services, the upgrading or downgrading of Services , terminating the Subscription and many moreand others.
