In addition to the CA/OTT platforms that CRM.COM is already integrated with, a generic provider is available in the system and allows a trouble-free integration with other providers. The generic provider follows the hybrid model of provisioning, so every time a subscription action is executed a command is created and sent to the CA/OTT platform.  

Note

When using the generic provider, further implementation is required to extract the provisioning commands, send them to the CA/OTT platform, and update CRM.COM with the response.

Provisioning Requests Settings

Provider Physical Goods Types Types
