Issue when creating users as contacts in platform's billing business 

The same person signs up various businesses in the CRM.COM platform using the same email address. On each business sign up, the user is created as a contact in the billing business, resulting in creating multiple contacts with the same email.
A check could be added so if another contact with the same email address exists in billing/platform business then re-use that one (add that contact as the owner of the new business’s community)

Transfer transaction not triggering Automation to create Achievement events

When transferring funds between wallets in the backendback-end, a Transfer transaction is created which in turn triggers an Automation that creates an Achievement for the owner of the community. When the transfer is triggered through a purchase event though, the Automation is not triggered since the event in this case is a Wallet sharing transfer.

Order Catalogue cateogry category code to be considered when searching for categories

When listing the categories of an Order Catalogue, the Web API’s search value only considers the category’s name (which might not be unique across all categories and sub-categories). Include the order catalogue category’s code in the Web API’s “search_value” as well. Enhancement facilitates search using codes of the category but is still using the “like” operator.

  • Edit a User’s information and remove the Team assigned to them. Update User process triggered from the UI removes the Team but eventually the Team is not removed (next GET api includes the team).

  • User who is also an Owner, tries to access a Service Request assigned to a user. Unhandled error is thrown. Investigate why the error was caused e.g. due to restricted access? If yes, then change the UI/UX so as to clearly show that the user does not have access to the entity.

i) Change the bundle and set its quantity to 1500. Once qty change on th ebunsdle the bundle it should also be updated in all of its components.
ii) Issue 1: qty not updated on the bundle (check CRM billing business, contact Checkings)
iii) Issue 2: change the service, change only the qty and save, then something goes wrong with the components. components are not affected in this case. - check if this is ui or not
c) In singed up business (e.g. Checkings)
i) all addons have tiered/stairstep prices
ii) as the qty of the bundle increases, then the business owner goes into My subscriptions and in list services (addons) they can see the correct price where correct price means that the correct tiered range price is shown, not the first tier’s price. Preview bill also returns correct pricing.
