Name* | The name of the cancellation reason |
Alternative code* | The alternative code of the cancellation reason |

Defining your own Job Cancellation Reasons tailored to your company's needs
- Navigate to Module Configuration > CRM Applications > Jobs > Set up Cancellation Reasons
Either search for an existing one or from the Top Menu click on NEW
