Navigating to Lead Statuses

What are Lead Statuses?

Use Lead statuses are used to Statuses to define the state of a specific Lead. Each Lead status is mapped with a life cycle state.

When a Won Status is selected then, depending on the Lead Definitions, the Accounts Receivable modal window opens transferring all relevant information and the user needs to complete the empty and mandatory fields to complete the automatic creation of the Account Receivable.

Creating, Editing & Deleting Validations & Restrictions

Lead's Status and associated Life Cycle State.

  • Navigate to Lead Statuses and explore existing entries via the Summary page.  
  • Click on the link (Name or Number) of the entry of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail. 
  • Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Lead Statuses, modify (EDIT) or DELETE  an existing one.  
  • Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Lead Statuses.

  • Navigate to CONFIGURATION > CRM APPLICATION > LEADS > SET UP STATUSES 
  • Either search for an existing one or from the Top Menu click on NEW
