What are Reward Schemes?

Rewards Schemes are used to

  • group reward offers based on their characteristics
  • keep track of customer which are participating to the scheme and are eligible for the specified offers
  • control the organizational units which can add participants
  • create reward offers directly from reward schemes screen
Creating, Editing & Deleting

Reward Schemes are used to group Reward Offers and keep track of customers participating in the Scheme which is thus eligible for the associated offers

  • Navigate to Reward Schemes and explore existing entries via the Summary page.  
  • Click on the link (name or number) of the record of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail. 
  • Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Reward Schemes, modify (EDIT) or DELETE  an existing one.  
  • Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Reward Schemes
  • Click on the Audit Trail button to view a log of changes made to the Reward Schemes under examination

Alternative code*The An alternative code of the reward schemefor the Scheme. Unless otherwise specified, the codes for new Definitions default to the Definition's Name initials in capital letters.

Life Cycle StateThe life cycle state Life Cycle State of the reward scheme Reward Scheme which can be effective or not effective. Only effective reward schemes 'Effective' or 'Not Effective'. Only 'Effective' Reward Schemes can be offered to rewards participantsRewards Participants.
Reward Offers

Defining your own Rewards Schemes tailored to your company's needs

  • Navigate to REWARDS APPLICATION > REWARDS > MANAGE REWARD SCHEMES
     
  • Either search for an existing one or from the Top Menu click on NEW REWARDS SCHEMESImage Removed
  • MAIN INFORMATION

    1. Fill out the required information.

      3. Description

  • From the Actions Menu click on SAVE
  • Allowed Organisational UnitsThe Organisational Units that can select and assign the Scheme to other Reward entities, such as the Reward Participants (denoting their participation in the Scheme), or the Reward Offers (denoting the awarding of the Reward Offer, to participants of that Scheme)
    Log Information
    Log DetailsThe standard set of Log Details information available in all entities
