What is a Wallet Balance Printout?

A Wallet Balance Printout displays the wallet balance along with all the allotments, the wallet transactions posted within :

  • the Wallet's Transactions posted within the current year
  • the Wallet's Allotments
  • the Balance of the Wallet for the current year and the
balance
  • Balance which carried
forward
  • over from the previous year.

  •  The Printout is available through the
Wallets data entry page.
  • Wallet's Data Entry page.

The Printout can be extracted and printed in one of the formats below, or can be sent to the customer via email as a PDF attachment:

  1. PDF
  2. HTML
  3. XLS
  4. CSV
  5. RTF

The following information can be found at the top of the printoutPrintout.

Name
Description
NameThe account owner's Full full name
Account NumberThe Accounts Receivable number Number for which the Bill was issued
Estimated Consumption DateThe estimated date on which the Wallet's amount Balance will be consumed

Detailed Information of the Wallet Balance Printout

The following information is the information provided within the printoutPrintout. If the Printout has multiple records exist within the printout, then the following information is will be available for every record separately.

Balance Allotments

Name
Description
Product

The product for which an amount was allotted

TypeThe product type for which an amount was allotted
Validity DateThe date from which the amount allotted is allowed to can be consumed
Amount that can be spentThe amount allotted to the specified specific product or to products of the specified product type

Wallet Transactions

Name
Description
NumberThe Wallet Transaction's number
TypeThe Wallet Transaction's type
From DateThe date from which a Debit wallet transaction Wallet Transactions debits the walletWallet. Available only for Debits.
To DateThe date until which a Debit wallet transaction Wallet Transactions debits the walletWallet. Available only for Debits.
AmountThe Wallet Transaction's Amount
Extra Added AmountThe Wallet Transaction's Extra Added amountAmount

Printout

  • Navigate to FINANCE > WALLETS > MANAGE WALLETS

  • Search for the Wallet that you would like to create a printout for

  • Click on the number/name of the record you would like to access, to go to the Data Entry page

    • From the Action Menu click on PRINTOUTS

  • Select any of the available formats to extract the printout out of the following:

    1. PDF
    2. HTML
    3. XLS
    4. CSV
    5. RTF
    The format having the asterisk next to it, denotes the format which the printout will be extracted in.
    Printout FormatImage Removed
  • From the Action Menu click on PRINTOUTS > Wallet Balance
    The printout is extracted and downloaded with the specified format.
