Use Amend Bundle Services when you would like to change the services/channels included in a flexible product bundle service.

Executing Amend Bundle Services

1. Navigate to BILLING APPLICATION > BILLING > SUBSCRIPTIONS > MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS

1. Search for the Subscription you are looking for, using the criteria section
2. Click on the Subscription number to go to the Data Entry page of the subscription
3. On the left hand side of the screen you can see

1. the ACTION PANEL

1. on Subscription Service Related Actions
2. Find the action you would like to execute and click on the link to open the action details in a modal window

2. MANDATORY & OPTIONAL SERVICE

   1. Components: Click

1. 1. on MODIFY to open the SELECT COMPONENTS modal to update components

   2. Click on View Product Bundle Components (Optional)
      A modal will open with the configuration set up and allowed options for the specific bundle as defined in the Products (this is only informative)

   3. Go to the Filters tab and search using:
      1. Product
      2. Product Type
      3. Product Family
         The available products that will be retrieved from the search will only be the ones that are allowed
   4. Click on SELECT 
      The product will be added in the components section
   5. If you would like to remove the product from the components list go to the PREVIEW & ACTION PANEL where the component is added and click on REMOVE

   6. Repeat for all the product you would like to add
   7. Click on

   1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES TO BE AMENDED

      Provides a preview of the services to be amended.

      1. Removed Components: Click

1. 1. 1. on VIEW to view in modal the services to be removed from the bundle
      2. Added Components: Click

1. 1. 1. on VIEW to view in modal the services to be added to the bundle

   2. SUBSCRIPTION ACTION DETAILS

      1. Action Type: Select action type from the drop down if you have configured custom actions in the system, using the specific behaviour code

      2. Sub Action Type: Select action type from the drop down if you have configured custom actions in the system, using the specific business classification code
         Action Type and Sub Action type are visible only if applicable

      3. Performed By User :Search and add the user that logs the

         If you leave empty then the Logged in user will be set

      2. Performed Date: Click on the calendar icon and select date and time

   Action will be validated as provided in the section above and submitted if validations are passed

System Processing

Once the action is submitted the following changes will be carried out by the system:

• Adds or removes the specified subscription service components
• Adds or removes the distribution of the specified subscription service components and their related provisioning distributors
• For removed subscription service components
  • Removes provisioning distributors if there are no other subscription services or installed items distributed on them
  • Sets the subscription service life cycle state history to removed 
• For added subscription service components
  • Sets the subscription service life cycle state history equal to the life cycle state history that the bundled service will have during the period that the component will be added
