Disclaimer

 Homespot is a fictional retailer.  The Homespot demo scenario illustrates how you can use the CRM.COM software for Rewards for a coffee store that accepts online orders for delivery or pickup.  All persons portrayed in the demo are fictitious and any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental.  Data and product names are also fictitious.

CRM.COM is integrated with leading POS, E-Commerce sites, Card Terminals via the CRM.COM Web API.

Demo Flow

POS

  1. Visit https://my.kounta.com/login
    Login using the below credentials:
    crmdotcom@gmail.com
    Kounta*partner
  2. Click on POS
  3. Select a register
  4. Click on "Use on this device"
  5. Select your user
  6. Enter PIN (1111)
  7. Add products to the cart

    (lightbulb)Note: On the left hand side you can view the different sections of Homespot so as to view the right products according to the transaction you want to perform.
  8. Click Add Customer
  9. Select the customer Anna Georgiou from the customer list
  10. Click Save
  11. Click Checkout
  12. Enter a fast cash option
  13. Send Receipt (or click No Thanks to skip)

Customer Web Portal

  1. Navigate to https://rewardsportaldemo.crm.com/en/login
  2. Login using the below credentials
    anna@crm.com
    123456

  3. This is the customer's view of her rewards account

    The homepage presents the participant's wallet balance, the wallet balance that expires in the next 30 days, the conditional and unconditional amounts of the wallet balance as well as all the active offers.
  4. The reward participant can view her progress towards an offer by clicking on the offer
  5. The reward participant can view her wallet balance breakdown by navigating to My Rewards

  6. The reward participant can view her awards, spends and purchases by navigating to My Account > Wallet

Customer Mobile App

  1. Open the Homespot mobile app
  2. Login using the below credentials
    anna@crm.com
    123456
  3. The reward participant can view her wallet balance and how to spend it via the Home page
  4. The reward participant can view all the running offers via the Offers page

  5. The reward participant can tap on an offer and view more details. Certain offers present the participant's progress towards the offer
