Using Reset Single Subscription Utility

The Reset Single Subscription Utility is used to reset CRM.COM Subscriptions that are out of sync with the Provisioning platform. The Utility has the same effect as the Reset Subscription Runs but can apply the Action on an individual Subscription.

Provisioning Platform is synchronised to CRM.COM.

Reset Single Subscription
  • Only Subscriptions which are provisioned by the selected Provisioning Protocol (which represents the Provisioning Provider) can be specified. 
  • It is mandatory to specify a Subscription before running the Utility.
  • When the Utility is triggered, the System executes all the commands necessary to sync the Subscription registered in the Provisioning Platform with CRM.COM (by creating the respective Provisioning Requests).

Process

  1. Navigate to BILLING > PROVISIONING > COMMON SERVICES > RESET SINGLE SUBSCRIPTION 
  2. MAIN INFORMATION

    1. Provisioning Protocol: Use the select box to select the Provisioning Provider that will be synchronised with CRM.COM. Only effective Provisioning Providers can be selected
    2. Subscription: Use the Quick Search or Search modal to find and add the Subscription to be reset. Only Subscriptions which are provisioned by the specified Provisioning Provider can be selected.
    3. From the Actions Menu click on SUBMIT.
