This overview is designed to help Merchants understand the myLoyalty service and its benefits to them and their clients. Participating JCC Merchants provide digital rewards/offers in the form of conditional cashback rewards to their clients, who can manage their rewards easily and at any time via their myLoyalty mobile app.
Why myLoyalty?
myLoyalty allows JCC Merchants to introduce their own reward scheme and mobile app offers at a low entry cost and enables them to engage with their clients, communicate with them and offer them personalized rewards. myLoyalty solution uses a modern digital approach with conditional cashback rewards and an eWallet-based multi-tenant mobile application without the need to have plastic loyalty cards or collect old-fashioned points.
Optionally, Merchants have the option to opt for a white-label branded app with their own flows, a backend-configurable app available for download from the app stores.
The richness of wallet-based offers
The Merchant is provided with a broad range of reward offers, such as incentives for improving client engagement. Each offer defines a goal that clients should reach in order to earn a monetary reward. Every offer type has its own conditions that affect how and when a reward will be provided and spent. The fact that the rewards are in the form of conditional cashback allows the Merchants to reward more, utilize its free capacity and increase sales.
Merchants can reward their clients on sign-up, on referral, on birthdays or name days, on profile completeness, based on the purchase amount, based on the venue of purchase, the day and/or time of the purchase, on a lottery basis or as a thank you gift.
Targeted and personalized
Segmentation allows the Merchant to target its audience and provide personalized rewards to specific customer segments rather than having a flat offer applicable to all. Segments are easily built based on common characteristics such as demographics, buying behaviour etc.
Client engagement via notifications and automation
The Merchant may interact with its clients via notifications using different channels such as email or SMS. The content of the notifications can be set up in Greek and English languages and can include images and links. The notifications can be sent for marketing purposes to promote new products, new store openings, or new offers or as part of automation, such as sending a welcome message to a new contact.
Real-time business data and performance
The Merchant has the ability to monitor the performance of its stores, offers, customer registrations, rewards given, spending performed etc., via graphical dashboards.
Unique rewards experience for the client
The clients' wow experience with myLoyalty and the ultra-modern rewards scheme allows the Merchant to earn a loyal customer base in zero time.
Clients are able to download the myLoyalty app, available for both Android and iOS devices and register by providing their contact details. Upon successful registration, they must register one or multiple bank cards, which they will use to pay at participating Merchants. Participants can then search for your business and join your loyalty Scheme. The rewards are automatically spent as per the spending preferences that participants define via the app, and the rewarded money is refunded back to their bank card.
