Community
| A Community represents a body of users which belong to one or more business departments, following common or similar business processes, and collaborating with each other. |
Group | A Group represents a body of users which belong to the same department and one or multiple teams within the department, following common business processes, and collaborating with each other |
Unit | A Unit represents a body of users which belong in the same team, following exactly the same business processes, without differentiating in any way. |
Organizational Unit | Organizational Units are used to organize the company’s network and define the collaboration between them |
Collaboration | The ability to:

Privacy Level | Privacy Levels are used to control access to data and how they can be shared within organizational units. |

- Access CRM.COM using a user which belongs to one or more units
- Specify username and password
- Select the unit that the user should log into
- Access CRM.COM using a user which belongs to all units.
- Switch to managers unit through the Switch Unit menu
- User should be able to create, view, modify, delete and assign records owned by any group
- Users should be able to retrieve information owned by any group, through reports, printouts, summary screens, search screens and dashboards
- Switch to sales manager unit through the Switch Unit menu
- User should be able to create, view, modify, delete and assign records owned by any sales manager, sales branch 1 and sales branch 2 group
- User should be able to view records owned by finance and sales partners

- Finance: Records created by sales branch 1 can also be viewed, modified and assigned my managers. The rest of the groups can only view those records
