Welcome to CRM.COM! CRM.COM is a Tier 1 grade, polymorphic software which offers innovative solutions for  Subscription management and Billing applications.  It is easy to set-up and flexible enough to meet the needs of recurring Billing operators and cutting-edge Rewards solutions, allowing you to create original and adaptable offers and award individuals or groups of customers with conditional cashback in their private Wallets.

While the CRM.COM Knowledge Base provides detailed manuals for each of the available System modules, the Getting Started with CRM.COM Guides aim to assist you to quickly set-up the System based on your private business model, focusing only on pertinent areas and avoiding time consuming study and trivial configuration.

We have created six Getting Started Guides, each of which focuses on a specific area. The Guides help you configure the modules that are mandatory in order to get started, or assist in configuring the System so as to utilise its full potential.
To accomplish this, check the related table under each module in each Guide. For the minimum required configuration check the modules defined as mandatory, while for full configuration check all modules.

Now fold up your sleeves, click on your Guide and get started!

Regardless of your line of business, start by working with the /wiki/spaces/WIP/pages/10008360 Guide, and then move to the Getting Started Guide of your interest.

Through the Getting Started with CRM.COM Guide you will learn  to:

  • Set up your Organisational Structure in CRM.COM using Network Management
  • Set up security access and restrictions using Security Management
  • Create your users using Users Management
  • Set up the System related to System functionality
