The identifier of the installed item. The allowed installed item identifier fields are the following:

For releases prior CRM.COM R14.0.0, this parameter is mandatory

Product Identifier

The identifier of the product. The allowed product identifier fields are the following:

alternative_code

(semi-optional)

The alternative code of  the product

Applicable only for products that are classified as PHYSICALGOODS of a type TRACEABLE with a FLAT composition method

(mandatory on conditions)

The serial number of the product

This parameter is mandatory only if the product_identifier parameter is specified
