Description

The Wallet of Commerce

  • An EMI-grade multi-currency wallet maintaining an open balance per currency and multiple commerce pool balances for a contact

  • The multi-business wallet allows contacts to link their existing wallet to a new business they sign up for. Business still maintains full ownership and control of the business balances.

Wallet to identify contacts

The CRM.COM Wallet code serves as the primary method for identifying a contact at the point-of-sale. Contacts identified via secure QR code and offers applied, increasing wallet commerce pool balance.

Wallet Journals

Debit or credit the wallet for the open balance or a commerce pool balance

Wallet Transactions

  • Topup (with auto and termed top-up rules)

  • Transfer with the request, approve and auto-approve

Wallet payment methods

  • Payment methods for the Cash Pocket powered by the CRM.COM Wallet Gateway, a global payment gateway.

  • Payment methods for Business and Commerce Pockets powered with the business payment gateways (local or global Payment Gateways).

Commerce Pools

Is a wallet balance with a set of conditions based on which and how/where awarded amounts can be redeemed and spent on a purchase (e.g. awarded amount of €5 can be spent at location A only, on any food list item purchased during weekdays, between 3 pm and 6 pm)?

Various awards in the commerce wallet can be subject to different redeeming conditions( offer setting).

Wallet identity

A CRM.COM Wallet’s identity is the contact’s email or phone number and is used to uniquely identify the wallet so as the contact can link it when registering to businesses in CRM.COM platform.

Wallet periods

They are monthly, carrying forward aggregate open and commerce pool balances.

Wallet limits

Apply restrictions on transaction amounts and frequency based on the KYC profile.

Wallet fees

Applies fees on wallet transactions based on set rules
