CRM Components are custom components that are commonly used while designing a page. They are accessible through the http://java.sun.com/jsf/composite/crm namespace.
To use CRM Components Tags, just declared the xmlns:crm="http://java.sun.com/jsf/composite/crm" at the top of the page.
