Automation communciation recipient rules - entity User and Team fallback

When a communication is sent through an Automation (for Service Requests and Activities) and ‘The user who owns the entity’ is selected in the 'Recipients' tab, the communication should be sent to the entity user owner. If an entity user owner is not assigned, the communication should instead be sent to the users in the designated team.
