PRODUCT CATALOGUE

V5-7077

Award expiring at the end of the month issue

Commerce Pool conditions set for award to expire ‘at the end of the month from when it was applied’. Therefore, award’s expiration date should be on the last day of the month inclusive (in other words award expires on the first day of the next month).

Bug

REWARDS CORE

V5-7116

Assignee not available on a closed Service Request

The assignee field (user or team) is not available on a closed Service Request. Expected behaviour was for a backend user to be allowed to edit the assignee even after the SR is completed.

Bug

SERVICE REQUESTS

V5-7167

Product Dependencies issues on order estimates

A service is configured with dependencies that require two specific, traceable products. An order is placed for the service and correctly includes both required products.

Observed behaviour in order estimation:

  • Service to be added dependencies check: Reports that the dependency is not met, and both items are still required.

  • Service delivery estimation: Indicates that the action (activation) cannot be performed.

  • Billing estimation: Returns a price of 0.

Problem:
Although the service itself cannot yet be activated until the devices are added and enabled, the order being placed is correct — it includes both the service and the required products. In this scenario, the system should:

  • Recognise that product dependencies are met.

  • Return the correct billing estimation (instead of 0).

SUBSCRIPTIONS

V5-7147

Enhanced Event-based charges for Subscriptions

  • Ability to apply an event-based charge on pausing a service.

  • Ability to apply an event-based charge when a cancellation is performed x period before or after a period.

Improvement

V5-7134

Unexpected billing behaviour on trial end and asynchronous payment intents

Service’s trial ends, and its billing date is a few days later. On the trial end date, a payment intent is not sent. The intent was eventually sent on the service’s billing date instead and remains pending. After 10 days, the subscription is marked as Inactive, but the service remains Effective.

Bug

SUBSCRIPTIONS

V5-7131

Issue when changing a service's SKU and contact has another service with the same SKU

According to release behaviour, when changing a service’s SKU (service A to service B) and at the same time the contact is already subscribed to that service (and same billing cycle), then the existing service’s quantity is increased by one (and the two services' billing is adjusted accordingly).
Changing a service’s SKU must be prevented in cases where the initial and the new service exist on the subscription but on the date of the change, their states are different. This causes wrong billing, and the user doesn’t know which service’s state is the correct one.

Bug

SUBSCRIPTIONS

V5-7126

Ability to notify contacts when their ordered service is in Draft or Effective state

Ability to notify contacts when their ordered service is in Draft or Effective state.
Enhance Add Service automation with a new filter that allows selection of the service’s state (Draft, Effective options) after being added to the subscription.

Improvement

V5-7121

Termed service, billable but with no price configured was successfully added to a subscription

  1. A termed service that is billable but has no price configured was successfully added to a subscription through an order. The service is then cancelled and added again to the contact using the Add Service action. In both cases, the addition of a billable service with no prices should have been blocked.

  2. A termed service has a single price configured for a specific sales model, and is also marked as the default price. When the service is added for a contact with a different sales model, no price is applied. The expected behaviour is that the default price should be applied when no matching sales model price exists.

SaaS provisioning plugin & usage in multi-currency businesses

The plugin retrieves usage data from all businesses. Currently, each usage record includes a total amount, but this figure may span transactions in multiple currencies within the same business, and no currency conversion is applied.

Proposed solution:
The plugin should aggregate spend amounts in the business’s base currency rather than using raw spend amounts, which may differ per customer due to varying currencies.

Wrong subscription state after removing all services

The service was cancelled, therefore the subscription has no services, but the subscription’s state is still Active instead of Cancelled.

Support Static Contact Segments with CSV Import

Currently, CRM.COM supports dynamic segments, which are created based on conditions and can be set to refresh periodically. A new segment type - 'Static Segment' is being introduced.

Requirements:

  • Users can create a new segment of type Static.

  • Instead of defining conditions, users will upload a CSV file containing contact IDs/codes.

  • Contacts from the CSV will be added to the segment.

  • No 'refresh' or condition-based logic will be applied to static segments.

  • When editing a static segment, users can upload a new CSV file and choose between:

    • Add mode - Add the new contacts to the existing segment members.

    • Replace mode - Replace the existing contacts with the new uploaded list.
