Configure Settings in CRM.COM

Enter the following settings directly into the CRM.COM application as instructed. Based on SMTP AUTH client submission, these settings will allow you to send emails from the CRM.COM application.

  • DNS: Use the DNS name smtp.office365.com. Do not use an IP address for the Microsoft 365 or Office 365 server, as IP Addresses are not supported.
