What does this section cover?

What is Activities Progress?

 

This process is used to update an activity from "Pending" life cycle state into "In Progress" and it is applied through a dedicated action called "START PROGRESS"
The Activity's life cycle state cannot change through the process of modifying it.

Start Progress
  • Validation on mandatory services are not applicable while the activity is in this life cycle state
  • It is not mandatory to specify the time spent on each activity service while the activity is in this life cycle state

Starting Activities Progress

  1. Navigate to Activities
  2. Search for the Activity you would like to start its progress
  3. From the Action Menu click on Actions > "START PROGRESS"
    Click on Start Progress action 
  4. From the modal window, select the required Status (That will in turn update the Life Cycle State accordingly). The available statuses are the ones that have life cycle state set as "In progress"
  5. Click on "SAVE" on the modal
    • The Activity status will be set to the selected one
    • The Activity life cycle state will be updated to "In Progress"
