Disclaimer

 Homespot is a fictional retailer.  The Homespot demo scenario illustrates how you can use the CRM.COM software for Rewards for a coffee store that accepts online orders for delivery or pickup.  All persons portrayed in the demo are fictitious and any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental.  Data and product names are also fictitious.

Demo Flow

Customer Mobile App - Register for Rewards

  1. Open the Homespot Order mobile app
  2. To register as a new rewards participant tap on Create New Account


  3. Fill in your details and tap on SIGN UP

  4. Once you complete your registration you are now a rewards participant and you can start collecting monetary awards, view running offers and manage your rewards via the mobile app and web portal using the same credentials
     

(lightbulb)Note: To skip the registration process, you can use an existing rewards participant and log in with the below credentials:

KOUNTA POS - Perform a live transaction

  1. Visit https://my.kounta.com/login
    Login using the below credentials:
    crmdotcom@gmail.com
    Kounta*partner
  2. Click on POS
  3. Select a register
  4. Click on Use on this device
  5. Select your user
  6. Enter PIN (1111)
  7. Add products to the cart from the Cafe section


  8. Click Add Customer
  9. Select the rewards participant from the customer list

    light-on (on)Note: this will be done automatically at the POS when the customer is identified either by scanning his mobile app barcode or by providing his phone number or other identification.
  10. The rewards participant information is loaded on the screen
    light-on (on)Note: When the rewards participant has enough wallet balance she can indicate to the POS that she wants to pay using money from her wallet. Through Kounta, this can be achieved by clicking Pay with CRM.COM Rewards. 
  11. Click Save
  12. Click Check Out to complete the transaction
  13. Select a fast cash option to pay for the transaction
  14. Send Receipt (or click No Thanks to skip)

Customer Web Portal - Manage Rewards

  1. Navigate to https://rewardsorderportaldemo.crm.com/en/login
  2. Login using your credentials or the below for an existing rewards participant:
    tina@crm.com
    123456

  3. This is the customer's view of her rewards account from the customer web portal
    The homepage shows the participant's wallet balance, the wallet balance that expires in the next 30 days, the conditional and unconditional amounts of the wallet balance, unread notifications, recent orders as well as all the active offers.


  4. The reward participant can view her progress towards an offer by clicking on the offer

  5. As the reward participant collects monetary awards, she can view her wallet balance breakdown by navigating to My Rewards

  6. The reward participant can view her awards, spends and purchases by navigating to My Account > Wallet

Online Order for Delivery via the Customer Mobile App

  1. Open the Homespot Order mobile app
  2. Login
  3. Tap on Orders
  4. Tap on Order for Delivery
  5. Confirm your delivery address by tapping on Proceed to OrderIf no address is registered then click on Add Address and add your address. At this point, the app will check if your address is within the delivery range.
  6. Add items into your cart by tapping on the + sign next to each item
  7. Add your preferences where applicable and tap to add on cart
  8. To checkout click on the cart icon


  9. From the cart page you can view the items that have been added into your cart and edit them or add them to your favorites.
    When you are ready to proceed, tap on Check Out
  10. From the check out page you can see the total amount to be paid, the awards that will be earned plus the ability to spend your cashback.
    Select payment method and tap on Continue

  11. To send your order tap on Place Your Order

  12. Once the order has been placed you will be able to track its progress until it is delivered

CRM.COM Backend - Fulfilling an Order

  1. Visit https://demo.crm.com/crm  
    Login
  2. Go to Jobs
    (lightbulb)Alternatively, this can be done via a custom screen on the POS
  3. Retrieve the order
  4. From the Job Actions, accept the order to start its progress
  5. When the order is ready, complete the job so as to be sent for delivery


Tookan Delivery Management & Delivery Agent Mobile App

  1. The delivery management system receives the order and assigns the task to one of the available delivery agents (auto-assign or manual assignment)
  2. The delivery person receives the task via the Tookan Agent mobile app
    He accepts the task
  3. The delivery person taps on the arrow icon in order to start delivering the order
  4. To start the delivery task he swipes right 
  5. As soon as the delivery person starts his journey, the delivery management dashboard can show his exact location via the provided map
  6. As soon as the delivery person reaches his destination he swipes right
  7. The delivery person has the ability to provide notes, images or customer signatures in order to complete the delivery and then swipe right
  8. The delivery has been completed successfully


Online Order for Pick Up via the Customer Web Portal

  1. Log in to the customer web portal
  2. Click on Order
  3. For pick up (order ahead) skip the post code and click on Menu
  4. Add items from the menu into your cart

  5. Add your preferences where applicable and add to cart

  6. When you are ready to checkout, click on the Cart
    You can edit your cart and when ready click on Proceed to Checkout

  7. Select the option for Pick up
    From the drop down list choose the store to pick your order from
    Select day and time
    Choose payment method
    Click on Checkout

  8. As soon as the order is sent for processing, the customer will be able to track its progress until it is ready for pick up
