CRM Components are custom commonly used components while designing a page.
All the CRM Components are accessible through the http://java.sun.com/jsf/composite/crm namespace., with prefix crm.
To use tags for CRM Components, just declared the xmlns:crm="http://java.sun.com/jsf/composite/crm" at the top of the page.
