This method provides the ability to provide feedback for a specific job (upon its completion)

The token retrieved from the login method

job_identifier

(mandatory)

Job Identifier

The identifier of the job that the feedback will be provided for. The job must be in a completed Life Cycle State, and only one feedback can be provided per Job. The allowed job identifier fields are the following:

The ID of the job

(semi-optional)

String

The number of the job

rate

(mandatory)

NumberThe rate provided by the customer. The rating number should range between 0 and 10 (inclusive).

feedback

(optional)

StringThe feedback provided by the customer

contact_identifier

(optional)

Contact Information identifier

The contact that provided the feedback. The allowed contact identifier fields are the following:

The ID number of the contact information

Applicable only for contact information that represent PERSON

passport_number 

(semi-optional)

The passport number of the contact information

The social security number of the contact information

Applicable only for contact information that represent PERSON

vat_registration_number

(semi-optional)

String

The VAT registration number of the contact information

Applicable only for contact information that represent COMPANY

registration_number

(semi-optional)

String

The registration number of the contact information

Applicable only for contact information that represent COMPANY

submitted_on

(optional)

Date The date that the feedback was submitted

fields_set

(optional)

List of Strings, comma separated 

A list of fields that should be included in the results. If not specified then all the available fields will be returned

Restrictions

  • It is mandatory to specify one of the semi-optional parameters. Only one of those parameters is allowed to be specified.
