What is Stock Balance?
Traceable and Non-Traceable Physical Goods are imported into Warehouses from where they can then be sold or rented to customers.
CRM.COM offers a clear view of the Stock Balance of each Product through a dedicated Stock Balance Summary page. From this page, the user can search for Products by using Products, Product Types or Product Families. The displayed results provide the collective sum of the Product(s) from all Warehouses as well as detailed information of the Stock Balance in each Warehouse.

| In case the Product also belongs to a Product Bundle, the stock Balance of the Products that belong to the specific Bundle will also be visible. |
Explaining Stock Balance Fields
Name | Description | ||

| Product | Displays the Product Code of the Product in stock. | ||
| Product Type | Displays the Product Type of the Product in stock. | ||
| Product Family | Displays the Product Family of the Product in stock. | ||
| Balance | Displays the total stock Balance of the Product in all Warehouses.

| Included in Bundles | Displays the stock Balance for the Product which is included in Bundles. | ||
| Warehouses | Drill-down to all Warehouses in which the Product can be found. For each Warehouse the following information is displayed:
