Activity Statuses | Configuring Activity Statuses | Define the Statuses that will be available for selection when creating a new Activity. |
Activity Type | Configuring Activity Types | Define the Types that will be available for selection when creating a new Activity, and without which an Activity cannot be created. |
Business Definition | Configuring Activities Definition | Define all business rules that will control an Activity's Life Cycle, and without which an Activity cannot be created. Activity Types and Cancellation Reasons can also be set through Activities Definitions. |
