Activities are tasks which take place as part of a specific business process such as a Job, a Service Request or an Order. The Activities maintain information about the task that is performed by tracking the resource that owns the task, the service that should be provided and the actual time that was spend on providing each servicesmall Tasks or Actions that are either stand-alone or must be completed as part of a larger project. Activities are assigned to an 'owner', are designated a time by which they must be completed and can be part of other CRM.COM processes such as Subscriptions, Jobs, Service Requests and Leads.
