What are Applied Additive Discounts?

Applied Additive Discounts are Discounts that have already been offered to customers.
As previously explained in Understanding Additive Discounts there 2 two types of additive discounts (Additive Discounts:

• Ad Hoc

• Auto Apply

 They can be applied to 2 different two modules (:

• Subscriptions

• Jobs

Ad Hoc discounts have Discounts can be viewed, edited, cancelled and approved from a dedicated screen (Manage Ad Hoc Discounts) from where they can be viewed, edited, cancelled and approved. In addition, Ad Hoc discounts Discounts can also be viewed via Subscription and Jobs the Subscriptions and Jobs Data Entry pages apart from the dedicated screen.

Auto Apply discounts on the other hand they are not available Discounts are visible in the system till System after the Billing Run and they is completed.  They are not available visible via the Manage Ad Hoc Discounts page.

Once an Ad Hoc or Auto Apply discount Discount is included in the Billing Run and applied on either to a Job or a Subscription, then they are it is labelled as 'Applied, and they are available from Jobs and Subscriptions ' and becomes available from the Jobs and Subscriptions Summary pages and the Rated Billing items Items Summary and Data Entry pages.
