What is Stock Balance?

Physical Goods, either traceable or non traceable, are imported into warehouses, Traceable and Non-Traceable Physical Goods are imported into Warehouses from where they can then be used to be sold or rented to customers. Products can resign to multiple warehouses.  

CRM.COM allows to have offers a clear view of the stock balance Stock Balance of each of the products by Product through a dedicated product balance summary Stock Balance Summary page. Through the page you From this page, the user can search for products, Products by using productsProducts, product types or product families and the Product Types or Product Families. The displayed results provide you the collective sum of the productProduct(s) from all warehouses Warehouses as well as detailed information of the stock balance Stock Balance in each warehouseWarehouse.

Accessing Stock Balance
  1. Navigate to FOUNDATION > INVENTORY MANAGEMENT > MANAGE STOCK BALANCE
  2. Search for a specific product or proceed with a search for all products
