What are Key Performance Indicators (KPI)?

Customer Event Key Performance Indicators are used to measure the performance of key business objectives in order to evaluate if they are achieved or not. They are used for creating Financial Statement Customer Events and can also be used as conditions on awarding participants through Financial Statement Reward Offers.

  • Navigate to Key Performance Indicators and explore existing records via the Summary page.
  • Click on the link (name or number) of the record of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail.
  • Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Key Performance Indicator, modify (EDIT) or DELETE  an existing one.
  • Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Key Performance Indicators

Check the Validations & Restrictions Table below for a list of available Actions when working with Key Performance Indicators, including each Action's related validations, restrictions, a description of its system process, and additional information.  View the Attributes Table for a comprehensive description of the Key Performance Indicators fields.
