Creating & Assigning New Access Tokens

You will be allowed to create a new Access Token only if "Allow Creating Access Tokens on Creating Accounts Receivable" is enabled in the active Access Token Definition

1. Click on NEW

2. On the modal that will open, provide the required information
   The formatting and the generation of the following 3 fields, is dependent on the configuration of the active Access Token Definition. Use the tooltips to see the rules giverning formatting and generation of the fields, as defined in the active definition

   1. Authentication Code: The authentication code that will be submitted while accessing the system in order to identify the access token that should be used for authentication purposes. The authentication code is generated automatically.
   2. User Identifier: The identifier of the user which is trying to access the system.
   3. User Pass Code: The code which is required in order to authenticate the user while accessing the system

Adding Existing Access Tokens

1. Click on USE EXISTING ACCESS TOKENon ADD

2. Search and select the Access Token using the Modal SearchImage Removed
   The system will only retrieve Access Tokens that meet the validations found in the respective section above
