Wallet to identify contacts

The CRM.COM Wallet code serves as the primary method for identifying a contact at the point-of-sale. Contacts identified via secure QR code and offers applied, increasing wallet commerce pool balance.

Multi-currency Wallet

The CRM.COM Wallet is a multi-currency wallet. Cash Pocket holds a number of balances, one for each CRM.COM supported currency (EUR, USD and GBP), whereas Business and Commerce pockets per business is in a single currency which is the same as the contact’s primary account currency.
