What are UDR Source Categories?

UDR source categories are used to classify the UDR source that initiated the service, into generic groups based on specific similar attributes that they share.

Create
  • All mandatory fields must be provided
  • Multiple UDR source categories can exists in the system but each one should have a unique name and alternative code.
  • Not Applicable
Delete

  • UDR source categories cannot be deleted if:

    • They are already used by UDRs which are posted, have billing directive to be billed or to be credited and are not still rated or
    • They are included in the list of allowed UDR source categories in one of the available UDR types. 
  • Deleted UDR source categories are still visible on UDRs which were created using those categories.
