Explaining Customer Events Fields

 

Name

Description

NumberAn auto generated number that uniquely identifies the customer event
TypeDetermines the business behavior of the customer event, it is set automatically by each process which is creating the customer event, and it can be one of the following:
  • Purchase

  • Referral

  • Web

  • Social Media

  • Achievement

  • Spend Request
ClassificationThe classification of the customer event, which can be optionally specified during the creation of the customer event.
Life Cycle StateThe life cycle state of the customer event which can be posted or cancelled
Accounts ReceivableThe accounts receivable related with the customer event
Unit *The unit that initiated the customer event
Date *The date that the customer event was actually performed
DescriptionA description of the customer event
Process ImmediatelyDefines if the customer event should be processed immediately by various business processes or not.
Event Details *The detail information of the customer event, which differentiates based on the type of the event
Log InformationIncludes the standard log information

    .COM Software allows you to create Customer Events which can either be financial and marketing events performed by customers and are registered within CRM.COM in order to be rewarded or additionally processed by other functions of CRM.COM. Customer events can be created manually through Web API or the User Interface or automatically by the system.

    In this manual we will explain how you can manually create Customer Events via the User Interface. 

    All Customer events are created via the dedicated page of Customer Events. Each of the Event Types have a different set of attributed that need to be set. Below there is a list with different manuals explaining how you can create each of the Customer Events.
