Using Quick Pay to pay off an

Invoices

Invoice

  1. Navigate to  FINANCE > FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS > MANAGE FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
  2. Search for the Financial Transactions you would like to cancel
  3. Click on the number/name of the record you would like to access, to go to the Data Entry page
  4. From the Action Menu click on Actions ACTIONS > " QUICK PAY" PAY to open quick pay modal

  5. You can only change the following information, while the Amount cannot be modified. 
    1. AMOUNTAmountIs set to be equal to the unsettled amount of the invoice.
    2. Payment Type: Select from the drop down list
    3. Payment Method: Select from the drop down list
    4. Issued On: Click on the calendar icon to select a date. Click on DONE when selected
    5. Category: Search for a category using quick search or by clicking on the lens
    6. Received By User: Search and add user via quick search or using the search modal
    7. Received by Unit: Search and add unit via quick search or using the search modal
  6. Click on SAVE
