The Conax Contego 2.0 SMS – SAS Interface is a file based interface, provided by Conax Contego, which submits requests on Conax Contego CA system asynchronously and using FTP. CRM.COM provides a ready made implementation that provides the ability to integrate with EXSET SMS - Billing Exchange provider.

CRM.COM is responsible for creating and maintaining information about the CA commands that should be sent to the CAS according to EXSET SMS - Billing Exchange Protocol. CRM.COM represents the Billing part of the integration, as it is the participant that will create the unprocessed CA commands. SMS retrieves the CA commands on a regular basis and process them by forwarding them to EXSET CAS. SMS will later on notify CRM.COM about the command's processing result, i.e. whether they were successfully sent to the CAS or not.
