What are Leads Categories?

Categories are used to categorize a lead according to its type.

Action	Restrictions	Additional Information
General			Delete	Multiple Lead categories can exist in the system but each one should have a unique name and alternative code	Not Applicable
Delete	Lead categories cannot be deleted if they are already used by Leads which are still not completed or if they are included in the list of allowed categories in one of the available Lead types.	Deleted Leads categories are still visible on Leads which were created using those categories.
