Communicating an Entity

This manual provides information on how to Communicate the entity via the entity page. 
Visit Creating Managing Communications to find out how you can communicate the entity via Communications Data Entry page 

 

  1. Navigate to the module you would like to communicate
  2. Search for the record you would like to communicate to the customer
  3. Click on the link to navigate to the Data Entry Page
  4. From the Actions Menu  click on Actions > "Communicate Entity" ACTIONS > COMMUNICATE ENTITY 
    • The Communication data entry page opens in a Modal window and the carried over information will be set in the"Referring To" section
  5. Fill out the rest of the information as described at Creating Managing Communications
    Communications - Create Communication 
  6. Click on Save
