What are UDR Destination Categories?

UDR destination categories are used to classify the UDR destination that received the service, into generic groups based on specific similar attributes that they share.

  • Multiple UDR destination categories can exists in the system but each one should have a unique name and alternative code.

  •  UDR source categories cannot be deleted if:

    • They are already used by UDRs which are posted, have billing directive to be billed or to be credited and are not still rated or.
    • They are included in the list of allowed UDR destination categories in one of the available UDR types. 
  • Deleted UDR destination categories are still visible on UDRs which were created using those categories.
