Conax Contego SMS Services

The Conax Contego 2.0 SMS – SAS Interface is a file based interface, provided by Conax Contego, which submits requests on Conax Contego CA system asynchronously and using FTP. CRM.COM provides a ready made implementation of that interface, allowing to directly send CA commands, while managing subscribers within CRM.COM. More specifically, requests coming from the CRM.COM Software are grouped together into a file and then that file is transferred through FTP in order to be processed. Errors are logged and can be reviewed within the CRM.COM Software.
