What are Activity Statuses?
Activity statuses are used to define the state of a specific Activity. The allowed and default activity statuses are specified on the activity types.

Activity Statuses attributes
Name | Description |
---|---|
Name* | The name of the activity status |
Alternative codeCode* | The alternative code of the activity status |
Description | A description of the activity status |
Life cycle stateCycle State | The life cycle state that the activity should automatically be set to if the activity's status is set to the specified status. The supported activity life cycle states are the following: Pending, In progress, Completed |
Defining your own Activity Statuses tailored to your company's needs
- Navigate to Configuration > CRM Application > Activities > Set Up Statuses
- Either search for an existing one or from the Top Menu click on on "NEW"

Include Page Log Information - Global Log Information - Global - From the Top Menu click on Saveon "SAVE"
