What is LDAP Integration
Using LDAP integration, CRM.COM allows you to import and manage Active Directory users via CRM.COM. In more detail, the following actions are available using LDAP integration
- Import Users from Active Directory and map to existing CRM.COM users
- Import Users from Active Directory and create them as new users in CRM.COM (Option to map them to Active Directory users or not)
- Un-map CRM.COM users from Active Directory users
- Warn users via CRM.COM for password expiration in Active Directory
- Change Active Directory password via CRM.COM

- Navigate to PATH
- Search for the
- Click on the number/name of the record you would like to access, to go to the Data Entry page
- From the Action Menu click on Actions > "Suspend Account"
Any LDAP related action | In order to be able to use any of the action related to LDAP users then User Authentication Settings - Authentication Policy must be configured and set as to Authenticate using LDAP |
