What is Stock Balance
Physical Goods, either traceable or non traceable, are imported into warehouses, from where they can then be used to be sold or rented to customers. Products can resign to multiple warehouses. CRM.COM allows to have a clear view of the stock balance of each of the products by a dedicated product balance summary page.
Through the page you can search for products, using products, product types or product families and the displayed results provide you the collective sum of the product(s) from all warehouses as well as detailed information of the stock balance in each warehouse.
In case the product also belongs to a product bundle then you will be able to see the stock balance of the products that belong to a specific bundle.
Explaining Stock Balance Fields
Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Product | Displays the Product Code |
| Product Type | Displays the Product Type of the product |
| Product Family | Displays the Product Family of the product |
| Balance | Displays the total stock balance of the product in all warehouses. (Includes products that belong to bundles) |
| Number of Products Included in bundles | Displays the stock balance for the specified product which is included in bundles |
| Warehouses | Drill-down to all warehouses in which the product is available. For each warehouse The following information is displayed:

Accessing Stock Balance
- Navigate to FOUNDATION > INVENTORY MANAGEMENT > MANAGE STOCK BALANCE
- Search for a specific product or proceed with a search for all products
