2. How to log-in as an existing subscriber on the CRM.COM Self Service Portal

- Navigate to https://demo2.crm.com/crm
- Enter the username and password that were provided to you
- Click Go
- To log in with existing subscribers to view different scenarios please use the below login details:
1) Cancelled Subscription scenario - This subscribers subscription has been cancelled/disconnected due to unpaid bills:

Password: 123456
- Under the Subscriptions tab you can see the services status as "Not effective"
