Login using the provided credentials (separately provided) - Go to Jobs
Alternatively, this can be done via a custom screen on the POS - Retrieve the order
- From the Job Actions, accept the order to start its progress
- When the order is ready, complete the job so as to be sent for delivery

- Log in to the customer web portal
- Click on Order
- For pick up (order ahead) skip the post code and click on Menu
- Add items from the menu into your cart
- Add your preferences where applicable and add to cart
- When you are ready to checkout, click on the Cart
You can edit your cart and when ready click on Proceed to Checkout - Select the option for Pick up
From the drop down list choose the store to pick your order from
Select day and time
Choose payment method
Click on Checkout - As soon as the order is sent for processing, the customer will be able to track its progress until it is ready for pick up
- Upon completion of each order, the customer can rate the order by providing feedback

Login using the provided credentials (separately provided) - Navigate to the Rewards Operator Board
- Select scheme
- From the Rewards Operator Board you can view useful charts regarding the performance of the selected rewards scheme in terms of rewards participants, awards and spends
- You can also view existing Reward Offers as well create new ones
