What are Customer

Events

Event Classifications?

Customer Events Classifications are used to classify customer events, which can be used later on by Event Classifications is a system function used to split Customer Events into categories, enabling various business processes in order to apply different business rules per each customer event classification. Classifying each customer event is not mandatory unless the Customer Event Type is set to “Achievement” or "Financial Achievement"  StatuscolourGreentitleAvailable from CRM.COM R10.0.0to each Classification.  The classification of Customer Events is only mandatory for Achievement and Financial Achievement Type Events.

  • Navigate to Customer Event Classifications and explore existing records via the Summary page.  
  • Click on the link (name or number) of the record of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and
have a better look of the available information.

  • NEW Customer Event Classifications, modify (EDIT) or

Alternative Code*The alternative code of the classification Classification which should must be mandatory and unique.
