Navigating to Key Performance Indicators

What are Key Performance Indicators (KPI)?

Customer Event Key Performance Indicators are used to measure the performance of key business objectives in order to evaluate if they are achieved or not. They are used on creating Financial Statement Customer Events and can also be used as conditions on awarding participants through Financial Statement Reward Offers

  • Navigate to Key Performance Indicators and explore existing records via the Summary page.  
  • Click on the link (name or number) of the record of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail. 
  • Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Key Performance Indicator, modify (EDIT) or DELETE  an existing one.  
  • Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Key Performance Indicators

  • Specific Products: If selected then only those products will be the Products added are taken into consideration while calculating the aggregated value. In that case the system allows specifying a list of multiple products. If that option is selected then at least one product should be selected. Each product can be specified only once
Note

Even if Specific Products are defined, any Product available in the System can be selected and added when adding the KPI to a Financial Statement Customer Event
However, if the Customer Event is evaluated to award a Reward Offer, only the Products defined as Specific Products of the KPI will be taken into consideration while calculating the aggregated value measured by the Key Performance Indicator.
