Process
- Navigate to BILLING > PROVISIONING > COMMON SERVICES > RESET SINGLE SUBSCRIPTION
MAIN INFORMATION
- Provisioning Protocol: Use the select box to select the Provisioning Provider that will be synchronised with CRM.COM. Only effective Provisioning Providers can be selected
- Subscription: Use the Quick Search or Search modal to find and add the Subscription to be reset. Only Subscriptions which are provisioned by the specified Provisioning Provider can be selected.
- From the Actions Menu click on SUBMIT.
