Network Management module is used to organize your to organize your business into Communities, Groups, and Units (aka Organisational Units) and to define how they should collaborate, in order to provide the correct level of access to data to Users according to the Organisational Unit they belong. Network Management which they are used to represent departments and hierarchies within your company. Additionally, it deals with access rights applied on the record level rather than module level. i.e. Rights related to a User handling a particular Accounts Receivable and not the rights related to the User accessing the Accounts Receivable module through the Menu. Collaborations can also be set up, to provide sharing of restricted data between departments.
