Activities are tasks which take place short tasks / actions that must be completed as part of a specific business process such as a Job, a Service Request or an Order. Activities maintain information about the task that is performed by tracking the resource that owns the task, the service that should be provided and the actual time that was spent on providing each servicelarger project or as a stand-alone task. They have an owner, agreed time to be fulfilled and can be part of other CRM.COM processes such as Subscriptions, Jobs, Service Requests and Leads.
