Contact Information is all the information which is needed in order to contact a customer or a prospect customer, which can either be a physical person or a company.
A Contact within the system is not restricted to represent Customers. Physical Persons or Companies serving one of the following roles should also be defined as Contacts:
- Application Owner
- Internal and External Users
- Partners
